Evoke a bewildering variety of polyphonic organ sounds directly from your guitar. Valkure (pronounced VAL-KUR-EE) transforms your raw strings into a big, multi-timbral instrument in realtime — no guitar-to-MIDI trickery. Every vibrato, bend, and slide comes through intact, backed by a full range of organ parameters, built-in rotary speaker emulation, a virtual tube amplifier, and analog-inspired effects.
Proprietary signal processing turns your guitar into an organ while retaining full polyphony. Valkure offers three organ models ranging from mellow to aggressive, and a nine-register drawbar tone generator spanning five octaves — much like a tonewheel organ. Two dedicated pedal registers add harmonically rich bass and sub-bass, alone or layered with the principal tones. A built-in percussion generator inspired by classic B and C series organs triggers on pick attack, with switches for length, level, and harmonic, plus adjustable trigger sensitivity. The Chorus/Vibrato unit is modeled after the famed scanner circuit and offers six distinct modes.
Choose from three unique rotary cabinets, each with individually configurable virtual horn and drum drivers. Dial in mic angle, inertia, slow/fast speeds, and an additional room microphone for a speaker that breathes. The built-in amplifier is designed to sit right behind the rotary unit, with three amp models built on our newest tube emulation technology and a full set of tonal controls to shape the final voice.
Variable attack produces an auto-generated volume "swell," while Taper, Resonance, Body, Air, and Leakage give thorough control over the organ's timbre and dynamics. Dedicated Boost controls for the organ and pedal modules add fullness and sizzle to the basic tones. Valkure rounds things out with analog-modeling effects — tape delay, a 3-band Baxandall-style EQ, and a built-in compressor — to finish the signal chain.
Valkure works as a standalone app and an AUv3 plugin, and is fully compatible with Apple Silicon Macs. It ships with convenient MIDI Learn across more than 75 parameters, a powerful preset management system, and 128 factory presets to get you started.
